Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
Returns
We want you to love your Vireli Finds purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
Please contact support@virelifinds.com before returning any item. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@virelifinds.com as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging when possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care and beauty products cannot be returned. Gift cards and personalized items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and, once approved, place a new order.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact support@virelifinds.com as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing or fulfillment.
