30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Vireli Finds purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

Please contact us at support@virelifinds.com before returning any item. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please do not send returns to the address shown on your shipping package unless instructed to do so.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@virelifinds.com as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care and beauty products cannot be returned. Gift cards and personalized items are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about whether your item is eligible.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at support@virelifinds.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
